- Review/update all job descriptions/job titles for FLSA compliance and accuracy of essential job duties.
- Consistent Performance Appraisal Tracking and follow through on under performance.
- Training and development initiatives to allow for internal growth and improved job performance.
- Consistent application of progressive discipline to reduce EEO/wrongful termination claims and grievances.
- Review of employee handbook/HR policies for effectiveness with employee relations.
- Improve accessibility of company information to employees to increase knowledge and inclusiveness.
- Review of employee handbook/HR policies for effectiveness with employee relations.
- Development of an internal complaint process.
