FRACTIONALIZED HR
HR Genie LLC has staff that is prepared to be on-site at your company to perform hands- on HR services. This will allow for expertise of Human Resources Management and streamlining of HR processes and procedures.
- Act as an on-site HR Consultant in lieu of a designated HR Director.
- Resolve and field employee relations issues/concerns.
- Implement an effective HR structure for your company.
- Work with your existing HR Team to develop and reach HR goals for the organization.
- Fractionalized services include: Recruitment and Talent Management, Salary and Benefit Administration, HR Compliance and Regulatory Review, other HR Services upon request.
